Go to Windows->Swatch Libraries->Other Library... and open up the program executable, and then view the resulting (interesting) swatch library in
list view, you'll get a complete list of all Illustrator code names.

When you're in Illustrator, do the following:
With the Option-key pressed down, go to the Illustrator menu, and then to About Illustrator.
Select that menu-option and see the startup/about screen of Illustrator version 1.1
That'll be it
