Go to the scene selection menu. When you browse through the chapters, an ear will appear between chapters 3 and 4. Click on it and you'll hear Kyle Maclachlan talk about his "chicken walk".

Go to the special features menu. Move "up" on your remote until the word "Special" is highlighted in red. Press "enter" to hear David Lynch's opinion of a certain fast food "special".
Origins of the Bird in Blue Velvet -

In the main menu, press down on your remote until a blue bird appears. Click enter and that's it.
There's also a fence that appears but it does'nt seem to do anything. There's another one in the special features menu. Click on mysteries of love :documentary....

There are two hidden interviews, one with Lynch and one with Isabella Rosselini:
1. Go to Special Features, and scroll up from the options. "Special" will highlight. Press enter and watch interview # 1.
