At the end of the movie, when Scrooge has become a changed man, during his big song, look in the background at the name of the hotel "Statler and Waldorf", the names of the two hecklers from "The Muppet Show", who played Marley and Marley in this film.

Towards the end of the film, after Scrooge has "seen the light" and is doing his Christmas shopping and delivering, they pass an antique store called "Micklewhite Antiques". Maurice Micklewhite is the real name of Michael Caine, who plays Scrooge!

The Marley Bros. (there's only one in the book, remember) are played by Statler and Waldorf, the old hecklers.
Statler and Waldorf were performed by Richard Hunt and Jim Henson, respectively, both of whom died before the movie was made.

Watch the movie. About 15 minutes in, the two want donations from Mr. Scrooge. 2 minutes later when there leaving beeker says "me me me meee!!" and filcks him off.

This one happens while Scrooge is walking into his office building for the first or second time (it's fairly early on in the movie. If the Marley brothers have sung, you missed it). If you look at the nameplate sign, it says "Robert, and ... Marley"
