Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey Easter Eggs

Go to the scene where Bill and Ted have died and are trying to contact Bill/Ted's mum. When they discover they could be evil. Their mum grabs a Book Of Evil. She reads an incantation to get rid of them.

When they start playing "God Gave Rock 'n' Roll to You II," when Bill is on a solo and it shows the audience, you can see a girl to the far right "=*your right* is wearing a Kiss shirt, a reference to the original writers of the song.

The film's villain is named Denomolos, a reversal of screenwriter Ed Solomon's name. Ed (who went on to write "Men in Black") and his co-writer Chris Matheson appear in the New Age seance scene.

In the scene set in Heaven you can see statues of David Niven and Michael Powell as a nod to Powell and Pressburger's "A Matter of Life and Death" which the scene from Bill and Ted is closely mimicking.

Person playing the Grim Reaper is William Sadler. He is also out of the Grim Reaper costume playing the british father at the end of the film while Bill and Ted are playing their music during the battle of the bands.
