At the very end of the Ellsworth level after Sam and Jamie use the "dynamic hoist" manuever to get up and over the large hole in the wall you'll need to hesitate before jumping into the dirt and subsequently the tubing that provides the escape route.... more

Okay, in splinter cell DA, on the prison level, the one where you escort Jamie Washington out, if u look to your left you'll see a poster that says "down the rabbit hole", which can be used to tear it and then climbed through, which is fairly similar... more
