1. Open the toolbox/toybox and press the buildings button
2. Place the radar station to the right of a office building with the letters IG on it
3. Close the toybox/toolbox

After you have closed the tool box and the Giant Robot appears, you can go ahead and erase the radar station—the robot won't change.
