3.Click in the middle of the speaker bottom left of the window and listen...

Actually, the anonymous person forgot to mention that you have to hold down the option key whilst clicking on the speaker. The bark also turns into a howl as well.

Option+clicking the speaker a number of times gave single, double and triple barks, single and multiple meeows (really loud), and some howls... funny.
