2. Go to Start--Programs--Accesories--Entertainment--CD Player

3. Listen to track 21

4. This is a cooler version of the hip-hop song (which is track 12)

Actually, there are more than those two songs on the CD. Just put it in your normal CD player and play it. The only tracks I think that don't work are the first one and the last one. That's how they can get "CD-quality" sound on the game, and why you need the CD to run it.
