Skyrim Easter Egg - Notched Pickaxe

To find this egg, you must first have spoken to Paarthurnax at least one time. Head to the Throat of the World, and go to Paarthurnax. If you look around, you will see that you aren't exactly on the summit. So head up to the top of the mountain, and you will see a small opening. In there you will find a pickaxe, named the "Notched Pickaxe."

A reference to "Notch", the creator of the game Minecraft, where you use pickaxes to mine ores and other mineable objects. In addition, you will find a few ebony ores.
