In the Chinatown level when you beat up the thug and crash through the window go forward and right instead of going up the stairs to the bar. You should be in a bright room. Go to the right down a hallway and you should be in a large room with a counterfeiting machine in the middle. There is box here that allows you through a hole in the bar floor, surprising the thugs waiting for you. Also if you punch the pianist he dodges it, and if you whip his piano, the keyboard cover smashes down on his fingers. Finally, look through your journal. It says the bar is called the Lao Che Lounge. Lao Che was the Chinese gangster from the beginning of the Temple of Doom.
