Mario and Luigi Bowsers Inside Story Easter Egg - Kuribo's Shoe

When Mario was kidnapped by Sockops in Dimble Woods, and Luigi tries to rescue him, Luigi gets eaten too! Hop along the trail as Luigi in the sock and the blue and yellow spikes will not hurt you. When you find Mario, the Sockops are arguing over who gets to "chug" him. One Sockop calls another Sockop "Kuribo." This is probably because Kuribo's Shoe (later renamed Goomba's Shoe) was a power-up in Super Mario Bros. 3. While in the shoe, you can walk on spikes without getting hurt, similar to what Luigi did.
