The expansion cheats are the same as the regular cheats.

If you type in "no fog" and "reveal map" (without speech marks) you can see everywhere on the map!

In the Rise of Rome expansion (I have not tested it in the original), villagers, spearmen, and any other arrow-firing units can shoot down birds. Just right click the bird as if you were attacking it, and it will explode.
