Smallville Easter Egg - Comic Reference

In Episode 5 (titled Reunion), Oliver Queen is testing out his newest special Arrow. It's an Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) arrow. Talking to Clark, he mentions that, since he doesn't have Clark's abilities, he has to do whatever it takes to punch out the bad guys. He says, "I thought about making a boxing glove arrow..." as a joke.

People who used to read the Green Arrow comic book, way back in the day, know that the Green Arrow's big daddy weapon actually WAS an arrow with a ridiculously huge boxing glove on the end of it.
