During the game, notice the advisor (Female Voice) will give you information such as : "Authority have been notified" or "Your IP have been located".

Well if you listen closely, sometime she will say the following sentence : "If you don't stop, I won't give you cake".

This is a obvious reference to GLados from "Portal" by Valve. GLados being an artifical intelligent computer meant to overwatch "Aperture Science", she often mislead the protagonist by making her think, if she survive the experiment, she will get Cake. Of course this is a Lie.
