Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Easter Egg - Ur Not Supposed to Be Here!!

Go south down the road that connects to the second bridge (with the water at your right keep driving south). There's another road to your right when you come to the end. The street Ts off, with all the billboards to your right also. Turn left when you reach the T intersection. The stairs are about 30 feet to your right. I dont remember which mission it is, but you steal a car from the parking lot right there. There is a hidden package in the parking lot next to the karuma. There's also an underground parking lot next to the stairs. You need to high center your car on the staircase to get on the roof right next to the stairs (on the right). Run across the roof, but don't fall in the hole. Jump behind the wall and run all the way around (you can only go one way). You'll see a message on the wall at the end. (YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO GET HERE, YOU KNOW.)
