In the Fairlyodd Parents episode"Merry Wishmas" Chester says,"Timmy you blew the conch signal"
The conch signal is a tool in Spongebob Squarepants which he uses to call Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy as Timmy uses it to call the neighborhood kids.
