Hughes, John Easter Egg - Beatles References

Ok, i've noticed that this director is constantly putting beatles references in his movies. For example, in The Breakfast Club,the part when the principal asks the janitor what he wanted to be when he grew up, the janitor replies that he wanted to be John Lennon.In Pretty in Pink,the book Andie hands to Blaine the second time he comes into Trax is "In His Own Write" by John Lennon.In Ferris Bueller's Day Off,in the beginning,Ferris says "I quote John Lennon,'I don't belive in Beatles, I just belive in me' Good point.. after all he was the walrus,I could be the walrus..." another reference would be the number of absences Ferris has had, 9 a reference to 'Revolution 9', which is in the White Album.The most obious reference would be the 'Twist and Shout' scene when Ferris Bueller is lip syncing to the song.
