Oblivion Easter Egg - Frodo Baggins Dead!

During the quest, "Unfriendly Competition" where you must stalk and kill a grave robber you eventually pick up a journal, the "Macabre Manifest." Open up the journal and read it; one of the bodies is described as follows:

Oford Gabings - Anvil
Travel cloak with silver and
green leaf fastener
Enchanted shortsword with
inlaid writing
gold ring with inscription (cursed?)
leather bound travel journal.

Beyond the obvious Frodo Bagins anagram, the body is never seen although the owner of this journal is in possession of a unique shortsword called "Debaser" and as a reward for this quest you recieve the "Weatherward Circlet" a unique enchanted gold ring--a simple golden band, much like "The One Ring."
