Grand Theft Auto 4 Easter Egg - Gta 3 Character Tags

If you go to the corner of Hooper Street and Dukes Boulevard (the western junction) you'll see a building with graffiti covering its lower portion - wrapped all the way around. If you get closer you should recognize El Burro, Misty and Kengo (among others) tagged on the wall. If you need help visually from afar, just look for the big words "VICE SQUAD". Also on this wall are the helicopters depicted on the cover of Vice City.

This is based on a real building I see every day on my way to work; the only good thing about commuting on the 7 train is I get to see this building every morning before the train goes underground. It was also used in a Joss Stone video not too long ago as well as a couple of NY1 News (a NY News cable network) promos. No armor on the roof unfortunately.
