In the beginning of the film when Agent 47 crashes through the window of a hotel room, look closely at what the two kids are playing on the tv. It's a screen shot from the Hitman game!

I actually agree this is an egg. I'm very particular about what I'll call an egg too. If you're not familiar with the game you'd likely not get this right away. Its a fleeting moment and is meant as a clever joke (the essence of most easter eggs in games or movies).
