Die Hard Easter Egg - James Shigeta connection

In "Die Hard" (1988) James Shigeta plays Joseph Takagi. Takagi's password to the vault computer, clearly displayed on the screen when the terrorists finally hack it, is AKAGI, which means "red castle".
In "Midway" (1976) James Shigeta played Vice Adm. Chuichi Nagumo, naval commander of the Japanese Striking Force. He spends most of the battle aboard his flagship - the aircraft carrier AKAGI.
