Bioshock Easter Egg - A Rather Interesting Piece of Cheese

I shall try not to spoil things as often as it can be avoided.

You need to be at the part of the game where you need to find distilled water, bee spit and chloroform.
After collecting the water (and most probably chloroform) you will need to collect the water. After going through the access path connecting the beehive room to the winery, you will enter a room. At the far left of the room there will be a block of cheese on the floor.

Looks like the creators like arcade games :D
