Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Easter Egg - Sam on Game Informer Magazine

During the "Penthouse" level when you reach the second buildings (after crossing the zipline at the AXE ad) you'll eventually ascend a staircase under the FIRST camera you'll need to tap. When at the top of these stairs you'll go left into this apartment room (where the soldiers is sitting on the bed jamming to some Japanese rock). On the table in this room is a cover of Game Informer (the ACTUAL mag brand instead of a knock-off or a play on it) with Sam on the cover and the words "Splinter Cell Chaos Theory" on it. Pretty cool stuff.
