If you have a decoder, go to the area in Thoks mountain, Blizzard peaks, where there is a fire and in front is Hewkii (Brown Toa who constructs things) mask. There will be Bionicle letters there in the Mata Nui fahion other than the Voya nui fashion saying, "Tip of the World."
