First, put in the watch_me_xplode cheat. Then, pick Jango Fett as your player. Go to the San Francisco level. When you get there, pause the game and turn on the moon gravity cheat. Then go to the area where the painter who needs the skate letters is. Go up the ramp where the S was, and use the "Jango Jet Jump" towards the building. If you go high enough, you should go over the building. You will fall into the buildingand land in a dark room. The room has a big window and yellow lights on the ceiling. If you jump out of the window, you will be high up in the air.
