1) The goal with the gurney; if you get the gurney and go up a quarter pipe or jump, you can pull off grabs and grinds (not very impressive but funny considering the kid on the front).

2)You cannot do this unless you have not blown up the building under construction. Go to the entrance to the construction site and ride up the left quarter pipe to land on the scaffolding. Once up, walk to the edge close to the building and jump to the building, you should end up inside. You can then go up the ladders inside by pressing forward and jump rapidly. Once you reach the last 1, you cannot go up it so instead go through the bar to the left. You can then jump up it to the top floor. Pointless but you can see everything that is (and isnt) on the map.
