Animal Crossing: Wild World Easter Egg - The Ring!

Note: this is quite hard, almost impossible. Don't worry if it don't appear.

First of all, you need any kind of TV. Then wait until 22:00 PM of any day. If you are very extremely lucky, when you turn on the TV it can be The Ring's video playing! Unfortunately, nothing more happens.
