Da Vinci Code, The Easter Egg - Author Who "Cracked the Code" Appears!
When Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) and Sophie are on the bus, intending to head over to Chelsea Library, note the exact time Robert (Tom) gets up to go to the back of the bus, on Sophie's cue. If you look to Robert's immediate left, the person closest to the camera may seem familiar to viewers having researched _around_ The Da Vinci Code. In fact, even at first glance, it looks incredibly like Lynn Pickett, co-author of "The Templar Revelation", "Turin Shroud: In Whose Image?" and "The Sion Revelation : The Truth About the Guardians of Christ's Sacred Bloodline"... as well as author of "Mary Magdalene: Christianity's Hidden Goddess", and credited with "cracking" the actual code Leonardo Da Vinci has included in his paintings.
But it's when the lady cocks her head towards Robert as he passes, and seemingly smiles knowingly into blank space, that her manner becomes unmistakeable. If it is not Lynn Picknett, then someone involved in the film went to _great_ lengths to portray her.
(It is quite possible Lynn Picknett was involved as a consultant for the movie production of The Da Vinci Code. However, I missed her name in the credits if she's an actual consultant. However, cameo appearances without scripted lines need not be listed in the end credits, so it's most likely one _won't_ see her name at the end if she wasn't also a consultant. Those unfamiliar with Lynn Picknett's appearance can pick up a copy of the "Da Vinci Code Decoded" DVD, published by disinformation. I'm watching her describe Leonardo's paintings and its codes as I type.)
