Command and Conquer: Red Alert Easter Egg - Cyclone of Death

1) You make a map with ore close to the side,
2) Use the cronosphere a few times,
3) You should see a cyclone like thing moving around the ore.

(P.S. The thing shoots a lightning bolt out at your troops, and you can't kill it!)

This is a 'Chrono Vortex'. If you look at the credits, they provide the person who created it. Also in the manual it says that there maybe unusual 'side effects' in using the chronoshere. Plus you can edit the chances of the vortex appearing by editing the Rules.ini. I don't know if this is an actual egg though.
