1-Start Winamp 5.xx
2-Press "Ctrl+P"
3-Choose "Plugins" Then "General Purpose"
4-Click On The "Nullsoft Modern Skins Support v1.1"
5-Click On The "Configure Selected Plugin..."
6-Press "Ctrl+Shift" And Then Right Click On The Spinning Logo In The Appeared Dialog
7-Hee! Hee! Enjoy!

This only seems to work when the skin that has already been applied to is a Winamp Modern Skin. It doesn't seem to work well if you have Classic Skins applied to Winamp.

It looks like the modern skin dev team forgot to remove what looks to be their method for tracking what objects are what for debugging purposes. I've never seen that approach but I think I'm going to start using it 8o). It almost looks like there was supposed to be an egg on that dialog that just didn't get activated. Either that or just a mistake.
