Shakespeare in Love Easter Egg - Ladies in Waiting

This is for the eagle eyed film buff.
The Ladies in Waiting for Queen Elizabeth I in Shakespeare in Love (played by Oscar winning actress Dame Judi Dench) are the same Ladies in Waiting for Queen Victoria in Mrs Brown (again played by Oscar nominated actress Dame Judi Dench).
When filming was completed on Mrs Brown Dame Judi said she would do anything for John Madden the director regardless how small, true to his word he offered her the small part of Queen Elizabeth I in Shakespeare in Love. Once she agreed by accident and design they cast the same actresses as the Ladies in Waiting.

Again the same films and similar connection. After Viola and William have spent the night together and her nurse is outside her room keeping an eye for servants and anyone wanting to enter Viola room, a serving girl comes past with a bowl of water - again the same actress has the same sort of scene in Mrs Brown.
