Star Trek: Deep Space 9 Easter Egg - Quark Quotes Picard

In the episode, "The Dogs of War", Quark is upset with all of the changes Grand Nagus Zek has made on Ferenginar. Thinking he will be the next Nagus, Quark said he'd force things back to the old ways or resign, followed by, "The line has to be drawn someplace. This far and no further." That is a direct quote from Jean-Luc Picard near the end of "Star Trek: First Contact".
