Malcolm in the Middle Easter Egg - Jason Alexander

On an episode the Friends when Phoebe becomes a telemarketer for skin toner, she calls Jason Alexander who is about to kill himself. I think that Phoebe talks him out of it, but I'm not sure. Anyways, on the episode of Malcolm in the Middle where Malcolm meets Jason Alexander(I don't remember his name on the show) and finds out that he has no life and has a bad job selling skin toner over the phone. I found the connection funny.
