Around the middle of the movie, Frank Miller makes a cameo appearance as Patrick Henry Roarke. He's onscreen for a few minutes, so it's not hard to find.

Actually Frank Miller wasn't Patrick Henry, he was the priest in the confessional. IMDB confirms this.

Correct. Rutger Hauer is Cardinal Patrick Henry Roark. Miller was the odd-looking man who got wasted by Marv, after asking if that "corpse of a slut" was worth dying for. Worth dying for. Worth killing for. Worth going to Hell for. Amen.
