When you first see Will and his friend at the Psych Ward, they're getting their medicine. If u look at the news station in the background, the station is called KRGR.

KRGR is Krueger without the vowels.

KRGR is a running gag in some, if not all, Nightmare on Elm Street movies. In the first one, Johnny Depp's character is listening to the KRGR radio station, I believe.
