On the disk menu go to the very top selection and press right. It will bring you hilarious footage of Baxter's funeral.

This egg does work. Check the DVD you are using. Nowhere on my DVD does it use the words "Special Features." I purchased a set of the Ron Burgundy movies from Best Buy. This set included a third 'Anchorman' DVD that says it contains "30 Minutes of Hilarious Stuff You Can't Live Without!" This is the DVD with the egg. Mine specifically says that it is a "Best Buy Exclusive" on the front. It was probably available through other vendors but with their logo or "Special Features" as haywud009 mentioned.
