Rugrats Easter Egg - Dinosaur Angelica Don't You Like Viacom?

On the episode where babies are dinosaurs, and are trying to get to the moon, thinking it is a cookie, when Reptar-Angelica is stomping through the city knocking down buildings, she knocks down a building that has the words Viacom on it. Its on the screen for one second and 3 more seconds as she knocks it down.
It is so obvious that it is there on purpose, I read in a magazine that one of the producers before Klasky Csupo worked at Viacom. I guess they were bored and stuck that in there.
