You may then enter the "MIKE" code (for stage select) or press the enter key to play starting from stage 1. When you begin driving, you should see an animation of Osama Bin Laden dancing like M.C. Hammer on the lower right hand corner of the screen!
The "OSAMA" reference is some sort of inside joke between the programmer and his late father, who the game is dedicated to.
