1. During any flight, start pulling the stick forward and back to raise and lower the nose of the aircraft approx 5 degrees above and blow the horizon.
2. After approx 1 minute of this you will hear the co-pilot request that you ease up on the stick.
3. Continue raising and lowering the nose and you will hear the co-pilot blow chunks after approximately 30 more seconds.
