Unreal 2 Easter Egg - Hidden Image (of Programmer?)

On the level 'Hell - Desolation', after you have been introduced to the 'pods', before the cutseen 'Hell, is this where they are all coming from?...' you get to a place where you climb up a flight of stairs with some ammo underneath on some big blue crates.

You can jump up onto and over the smallest of these, into shadows. if you look forward, slightly to the left, you can see a floating photo of who I presume is one of the programmers.
