Harry Potter has just taken his first trip by Floo Powder from the Weasley's house. He ends up in Knockturn Alley. Remember those freaky witches that come up to Harry? The very first witch was JK Rowling herself! JK is the author of the Harry Potter Series.

J.K. Rowling did not appear in HPatCoS, nor did she make a cameo in HPatSS. In fact, she rarely (maybe even never) visited the set during the filming of CoS.

At the part when they are at the train station someone yells "Icherolla!" This is also in the first movie. I have no idea What the significance of this word is.

In J.K.Rowlings official site she mentions that she was offered the part of Harry's mother in the mirror in the first movie, and she didn’t do it because she said that even if it is just standing there and smiling she wont be and good at it and that she can never act that she wasn’t made to be an actor so I strongly doubt she would be in any of the movies.

No she isn't, she was asked to play the reflection of Lily Potter in the first movie but said no because she wasn't an actress and thought she would mess it up somehow

I have proof that J.K.Rowling has appeared in at lease one of the Harry Potter Films. I know this may be hard for some people to believe but it is true. two hours and twenty eight minutes and eleven seconds into The chamber of secrets she appears briefly sitting next to Snape with the other professors.
