Monsters, Inc. Easter Egg - Between the Doors

I'm surprised that no one has stated this one.On Disc 2 when the menu comes up you see the two doors. If you push left or right a few times some of the tubes will roll down and there will be Outtakes, For the Birds, and Mike's new car.

This is NOT an easter egg. This is a feature that is unbelievably obvious. The tubes don't roll down, they're there to begin with and they are labelled with the names of the features. You press Down once to get to them.

Nope, sorry, but this "Egg" is actually a part of the animation series that happens whether or not you do anything. On the back of the DVD it tells you these features are on the disc, while eggs are not listed on the back. Two valid reasons why your "Egg" isn't one.

That would be because all of those things are selectable on other non-egg parts of the discs.

Sorry sweetheart...this is no egg. Try just going to the menu and not doing anything...the tubes come down all on their own. Those features go with that disc. Sorry, I guess thats why no one else submitted it.

That's because its not an egg. They're not even outtakes. They're bonus features that were mentioned in the commercial for the DVD.

No-one's mentioned it cos' that happens automatically as part of the main DVD menu. It's not an easter egg.

I don't know what you're talking about. On my DVD (Region 4, so it might be different, but I doubt it), the tubes come up almost straight away. The 2 doors come down, then straight away you hear one of the incompetent employees cry out and the tubes roll onto the screen. You don't have to do anything but wait for the whole menu to load. Also, on the disc 2 overview that comes with the DVD, , it points out: Main Menu, and under that heading are: Outtakes, Mike's New Car, For the Birds, Humans Only and Monsters Only.
