Metal Gear Solid Easter Egg - Hidden Codec Dialouge

I'm not completly sure this is a genuine EE, but it is very well hidden, and I have not seen anyone talk about this on the web. Plus, I only found this after playing the game for the 7th time:

This must happen right before you meet up with Sniper Wolf for the 2nd time. When you get out of the second communication tower and enter the snowfield, immediately look in first-person mode to the right. Look for a small parachute in the trees behind the wall. If you don't see it, move closer to the right wall, but be carefull not to move forward too much or else you'll be shot by Sniper Wolf starting a battle. Once you are seeing the Parachute in the trees in First-person mode, the game will automatically take over and center your focus directly on the parachute. this is followed by a secret Codec scene. :)
