News Radio Easter Egg - Bill McNeil Magazine Cover

In the "Who's The Boss?" episode, part 1:

In the beginning of the episode, Bill can be seen sitting at his desk reading a magazine. As he puts the magazine down to talk to someone, we briefly get a shot of his face on the cover. It's a little jab at his egocentric character, to be reading an article about himself. This is the same picture of Bill that is framed in Dave's office and can be seen after Phil Hartman's death.
