Mensch (Herbert Grönemeyer) Easter Egg - Hidden Bonus-Song

There's a hidden track on the new Album from Herbert Grönemeyer. After 16 min. of the last track (no.11) of the Album, there's a hidden song, performed, I guess, by the nephew of Herbert Grönemeyer, who is a Hip-Hop-Artist. I read, that Grönemeyer often shows his new songs first to his nephew and when he says, that they are good, Grönemeyer believes, that it's true. And so I think, he created that hidden song as a tribute to his "best critic".
