You don't get an interview, or at least on the one I have. Instead, you get this wierd african sounding song.

Im sorry, but you don't have an egg. It's false and it does not work. After aerials there is a song called ARTO, which is named after a good friend of the system. I believe that ARTO has some armenian influence. Sorry.

Not on my copy, on my copy I have a secret Track called Arto. It's just some traditional Armenian Chanting. It's quite tribal/ethnic and pretty darn good.

Recently System re-released the toxicity album with two cd's and a new album cover. i think they might have included the interview in that version instead of arto! please email me with the right answer.

ok, i have that re-release of toxicity, and it has the original toxicity disk and a dvd with some live perfomances and the toxicity video.. there is no "thank you" at the end of aerials... just arto as everyone elsee before me said..

The song 'Arto' is named after Arto Tuncboyaciyan, a good friend of Serj Tankian, and one half of the two people (Arto and Serj) behind a musical project they did together, called 'SerArt'.

Most of you are on the right track. It is based on a song sung in the Armenian Orthadox Church sung by the priests during Sunday service (the part with the Armenian flute), while the rest of the song is the work of the artists, in this case System of a Down. This is not surprising since the four band members all attended Alex Pilibos Armenian High School which has strong christian ties (along with every other Armenian private school in history).
