Signs Easter Egg - Guess Who

This really isn't an egg since M. Night is listed in the credits as playing the character. If it was unbilled, then it would be an egg.

how is this an egg? shyamalan's part was not some sort of background character. so he wanted to act in his own film? who the hell cares?

You call this an easter egg? This is WAY too obvious to be an egg. I knew it was M. Night the first time I saw him.

M. Night appears in all his films...as an homage not only to himself, but one of his heros, Alfred Hitchcock, who does the same. You may see M. Night as the doctor in "Sixth Sense" and the suspicious gentleman in line in "Unbreakable". (note: his movies also incorporate many of his family members.)

How the alien got out? They build the spaceships so they must have some intelligence. It would only be a matter of time (in this case hours and hours) that the alien would invent a device that would allow him to slip under the crack of the door. The doorknob was too primitive for the alien to deal with.

Knight's appearance is in no way, at all, an Easter Egg. He is credited for his appearance. I can't believe this was allowed as a post for an Easter Egg. Garbage movie, by the way... the aliens are capable of interstellar travel, can jump 15 feet, but failed to notice that WATER was one of the MOST ABUNDANT substances (I said substances, not elements, I know the difference so don't post) on the entire planet... WHOOPS! What about rain and humidity? Sometimes, the aliens are strong, and other times can't open a door. Garbage.

I really liked Signs, but I agree the water = alien demise was kind of stupid.
