Planet of the Apes (2001) Easter Egg - Mme. Burton

Go to the "branding scene." The first person to be pulled of of the cage is Tim Burton's wife. She also plays Ichabod's mother in "Sleepy Hollow." This might be mentioned in the director's commentary track on the DVD (her Sleepy Hollow and Ed Wood (?) appearances were mentioned on the commentary for the Sleepy Hollow DVD).

His (ex-)wife is Lisa Marie. She has been in every Tim Burton movie. Besides this and Sleepy Hollow, she was an alien (the one who dressed up like a woman and waltzes into the White House, only to bite off Martin Short's finger) in Mars Attacks!

To add to trixter... she was also Vampira in "Ed Wood". Other collaborations with Tim Burton consist of voice overs for a few characters in Burtons animated short "The World of Stainboy".
