After starting the CD, use a rewind feature (either a specific rewind button, or hold down the back one track button) while still on the first song. It will rewind to about -4:20. After about a minute of silence, an extended version of the intro for James by Frankie Crocker and Sad Sam will start. It's actually quite funny, and segues (sp?) directly into the beginning of the album (track one, 0:00).
