2. Find a person who's called Loubet.
3. The portrait of him looks exactly like Richard Garriott.

I definitely know that Richard Garriot's portrait was used for the character Shamino; perhaps "Loubet" was modeled after Dennis Loubet, one of the artists working on most Ultima games?!
